TJ Maxx and HomeGoods to combine at Huntington Mall
Two of America’s most popular names in value-priced apparel and housewares are on their way to Huntington Mall. TJ Maxx and HomeGoods will offer their individual brands, in a combined store concept, in time for the holiday season in 2017. They will occupy nearly 55,000 square feet of space near Forever 21 and Talbots. On the exterior of the mall, there will be separate entrances for TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, along with a shared entrance inside the mall.
TJ Maxx offers high-quality, brand-name and designer fashions at prices generally 20%–60% less than department and specialty store regular prices on comparable merchandise. TJ Maxx buyers are on the hunt throughout the year for the hottest brand name and designer fashions of the season for the entire family and home. The average TJ Maxx store receives several deliveries per week, with each delivery containing thousands of items. There are more than 1,000 stores nationwide.
HomeGoods is a destination for off-price home fashions. It delivers an ever-changing selection of home basics, accent furniture, giftware, lamps, rugs, wall décor and much more. Introduced as a “sister store” to TJ Maxx in 1992, there are currently nearly 600 HomeGoods stores with more on the way.
