Best in the State

There are a lot of good places for shopping in the state of West Virginia.   So it’s no small distinction when an international business website picks one as “The Best”.  That’s what Business Insider recently proclaimed about the Huntington Mall in Barboursville.  In her story “The best shopping mall in every state”, writer Rachel George describes how she and the Business Insider staff used a variety of data points, such as Yelp, “best of” lists and “most-visited” lists to determine which mall offered the most quality shopping experience.  In her words: “Huntington Mall is the largest mall in West Virginia, originally built in 1981. It was voted at one of the best places to shop at during Black Friday, regarding it as the region's premier destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.”
